∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management or Public Administration
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility to look after the Security Department of US-Bangla Airlines.
∎ Responsible to communicate with Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh and other offices for security related matters. Develop and maintain Security Policy and ensure that the policy has implemented properly and provide services as per standard.
∎ Arrange airport entry and Duty pass required for the employees to work in the airport area.
∎ Responsible to train the new security personnel and deploy them for duty.
∎ Arrange refresher training frequently to update their duty standards.
∎ Frequently visit various security post and make them aware of importance of security.
∎ Responsible to communicate with Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh and other offices for security related matters.
∎ Responsible for pre-flight security, screening and hold baggage screening of departing passengers and their baggage.
∎ Responsible of compliance of all regulations and relevant Aviation Security legislation, Aviation Crimes Act, ICAO annex 17 and the Civil Aviation Act.
∎ Keep current with local instruction and policy and make contingency plans according to relevant law and practices
∎ Comply with all Aviation Security (AVSEC) policies and procedures
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Should have good computer knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Should have strong capabilities of managing security team.
∎ Should have strong leadership skills.
∎ Should be careful with strong communication skills both in English & Bangla.
∎ Should have ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have power & skill to motivate the workforce
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
