Additional Requirements:
Graduation in any discipline from UGC approved University.
For Retired Defense Personnel (minimum rank of Major) with substantial experience in multinational or large conglomerates in security department will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensuring 24 - Hour Surveillance in and around the hospital.
Develop SOP of security risk identification & management.
Maintaining a modern technology-based security system that includes CCTV/ IP camera surveillance, access control management, biometric access control etc.
Hazards identification e.g. fire and any other disaster management.
Strong networking with the law enforcing, emergency services agencies and local influential.
Ensure proper allocation of security force management.
Maintaining the operational serviceability of all security related equipment.
To protect employees, visitors, confidential documents & information and to safeguard moral and loyalty of the employees.
To supervise and monitor all security resources under his command.
Ensue pilferage protection and fraud detection.
