Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Patrolling entire Niketan area to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of all gates and whole area inside the gates by the team of security personnel.
∎ Addressing and investigating disturbances.
∎ Time to time reporting to the senior management about all issues.
∎ Check the Documents / Gate Passes / Challans and register entries for outgoing & incoming transports / vehicles, specially, those are carrying goods. Controlling traffic within Niketan area.
∎ Prepare & monitoring the "Duty Roster" of the existing Security Guards and to be hired ones and to maintain their Attendance Register.
∎ Ensure opening and closing of all gates of Niketan area in due time as per decision of the authority.
∎ Coordinate with all Government Agencies and other authorities for any purpose as required from time to time, specially relating to security issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Experience : At least 10 (ten) years experience in the areas of Security and Management.
∎ Age : Not over 50 years, relaxable for highly experienced candidates (only males are allowed to apply).
∎ Should have defense / police service background in the rank of Captain / Lieutenant of Army / Sr Asstt Commissioner / Asstt Commissioner of Police.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
