Job Context:
∎ Seeking the position for the Real Estate concern of a Group of Company. Currently the company has a Project (Shopping Complex & Hotel) comprise of 20+ Showrooms, 250+ Shops, Food Court. Cineplex, 25+ Service Apartment, Hotel (100 Rooms with all facilities), Infinity Swimming pool.
∎ Position Name: Head of Sales – Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure sales of inventories of shopping mall, commercial space and studio apartment of the project.
∎ Responsible for setting monthly, quarterly, Half Yearly sales targets, conducting periodic target review and feedback sessions to ensure the expected business result.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, Half Yearly Sales reports and forecasting.
∎ Visiting targeted number of clients & maintaining a relationship with them.
∎ To communicate with a wide network of different professionals/ businessmen and look for prospective customers.
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and develop relationships.
∎ Maintain a client's database accurately and inform clients about the upcoming events.
∎ Maintain rapport with the existing customer to retain them effectively.
∎ Responsible for negotiating the price, preparing installment schedules, and making sales agreements.
∎ Responsible for providing payment schedules to the clients according to management’s approval.
∎ Maintaining excellent relationships with all internal stakeholders to ensure the best service for existing and prospective clients.
∎ Achieve the company's goal through Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing and Telemarketing.
∎ To ensure optimum utilization of promotional materials.
∎ Coordinate Collection and Customer service departments for providing smooth and quality services to the clients.
∎ Targeting National and international Brands
∎ Drafting leasing/Renting agreements
∎ Client and Customer Relationship Management
∎ Any job assigned by top Mgt.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Well conversant in MS office (Excel, Word), PowerPoint Presentation, Data Analysis, Database Management
∎ Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in sales preferably in Real Estate
∎ Experience in working commercial project will be an advantage
∎ The incumbent must be dynamic, proactive, result oriented.
∎ He/ She must have a good command over English Communication.
