Job Context:
∎ QAF International LLC., a concern of QAF Group and renounce distribution company dedicated distribution network all over Oman. QAF has authorized distributorship of almost 7(Seven) major Bangladeshi food brands around the world including IFAD, AKIJ, RAJ-KAMAL, Bombay, Elson, Royal, Ovijat and QAF. QAF total staff member is 60 and we are looking for a high-performing Head of Sales for our sales team.
∎ Job Location: Muscat, OMAN, but needs to travel throughout the country for visit, Divisional as when required.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Head of Sales responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial targets. Head of Sales duties will include hitting annual as well as periodical targets, leading a large sales team and understanding customer trends.
∎ Develop and execute Sales & Marketing strategy;
∎ Achieve sales target & operational objectives by planning, monitoring, techniques and open new operation.
∎ Build a healthy and positive team atmosphere which will allow them to collectively achieve the target in a cohesive manner.
∎ Identify and explore new market opportunities and Setting trade marketing programs and monitoring;
∎ Develop and organize brand, sales and distribution team members to meet company objectives and targets efficiently;
∎ Design and implement Annual Sales and Marketing Plan;
∎ Observe competitor's activities continuously and revise marketing drive as required to ensure brand competitive advantage;
∎ Assessing market share of different competitors' brands as well as our brands;
∎ Review monthly marketing and sales budget with actual achievement;
∎ Help the shops to boost up the sales.
∎ Identify, analyze and solve the problems of the shops all over the country and use the resources provided by management to overcome the problems as soon as possible.
∎ Take responsibility for the success-failure of the shops, monitor sales guide the product display, indoor-outdoor branding, selling techniques, product knowledge etc.
∎ Explorer new potential business locations in the assigned area.
∎ Any other assignment when & where required related to retail shops.
∎ Need to boost up Hire Sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Age relaxed for deserving candidates.
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in FMCG.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area(s): FMCG, Food, Sales & Marketing.
∎ Should have experience on hire purchase system.
∎ Need to travel throughout the country frequently due to monitor sales.
∎ Driving for own CAR
