Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented, and proactive Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our marketing and sales department. This person must be an expert in physical, on-the-ground marketing and have a strong understanding of wholesale sales dynamics. The role involves leading a team and personally engaging with the market to build relationships, collect real-time data, and grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales and marketing team.
Visit local markets and establish strong relationships with jewelry shop owners and key decision-makers.
Understand and analyze wholesale market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
Build and maintain a network of retail and wholesale buyers.
Gather market intelligence including competitors’ pricing, strategies, and product trends.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
Represent the company and our products professionally in the market.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and after-sales service.
Provide regular reports on market activity, lead generation, conversion rates, and team performance.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
Coordinate closely with the production and design team to align market demand with supply.
Maintain an up-to-date database of customer contacts, sales data, and market research.
Train and mentor the sales team for continuous improvement.
