∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dealer development, Dealer Management, Dealer Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Electric Wire/Cable, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Steel, Telecommunication, Tobacco

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the total Sales & Marketing activities of electronics products.
∎ Responsible for achieving the periodic sales target.
∎ Lead the sales forces to develop the business.
∎ To develop Dealer & monitor the dealer for smoothing sales target.
∎ To expand network to increase the sales all over Bangladesh.
∎ Responsible for Credit Collection and Realization effectively.
∎ To analyze the Market for taking competitive advantage and chalk out plan to get maximum sales volume through Dealers.
∎ To arrange continuous Training of Sales forces with new products and sales techniques to make them unparalleled in the competitive market.
∎ Submit the periodical sales report and Market progression report to the management.
∎ Planning and Forecasting of sales activities to develop the business-in consultation with top management.

∎ Age at least 40 years
