∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Minimum Masters from any reputed University of Bangladesh
∎ Candidate having foreign degree will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: GDS,IATA,BSP
∎ Skills Required: Leadership, Sales target, Customer Service, team handling
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Airline Ticketing, online travel agency, OTA, Travel Agency
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the over sales of the Company
∎ Assist and report to the Management for overall company's marketing & sales matters.
∎ Perform all the duties and responsibilities of Sales related work for First Trip.
∎ Supervise Sales Team & Visit Corporate House and Travel Agencies
∎ Maintain Good Relationship with Top Agents
∎ Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
∎ Monitoring review and report on all Marketing & Sales activities for better customer service.
∎ Maintain IATA,BSP Capping Coordinate with GDS Company.
∎ Liaison with Travel Agents, Corporate House, Media and Advertising Company.
∎ Should have Airlines Revenue Management Related Knowledge.
∎ Prepare sales and expanse budget, exercise control over sale team and monitor their activities at all times.
∎ Meet the sales target within the time frame.
∎ Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
∎ Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
∎ Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
∎ Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
∎ Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
∎ Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
∎ Participate in Business expansion activities
∎ Manage relationships with partners/vendors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate having experience in OTA, Travel Agency & Airlines will get preference
Salary:
