Retail Management, retail Sales, supper shop, Working experience in Super Shops.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Departmental store, Group of Companies, Retail Store, Wholesale
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and mange vendor relationships
∎ Responsible for Increasing retail productivity and operational efficiencies
∎ Analyzed and implemented enhanced policies and procedures that reduced risk and improved operations efficiency
∎ Responsible for increasing retail profits and reducing costs
∎ Well versed in reviewing and evaluating sales records and financial statements.
∎ Evaluate sales performance and customer satisfaction level.
∎ Developing and executing retail strategy
∎ Oversee the merchandising of products across retail outlets that is visually appealing to consumers.
∎ Directing the daily operations in order to maximize profit and minimize costs.
∎ Conduct inventory analysis to determine optimal stock levels.
∎ Must be able to forecast sales figures and inventory requirements
∎ Must constantly review store sales numbers, cost of inventory, operational expenses and inventory loss regarding cost management
∎ Provide training to employees to enhance their job performance and retention.

∎ Age at least 35 years
