Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the field of Agricultural Pesticides Business through private channel.
∎ Exceptional leadership quality, managerial capabilities in addition to effective persuasion and negotiation skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, energetic and able to perform under pressure. Command competent verbal and written English & Bengali communication skills. Adept at using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other relevant software.
∎ Should be prepared to travel across the country as and when required.
∎ Have an attitude that inspires, achieves and aspires.
