Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's or MBA with ACA/ ACMA.
∎ 5 Year's experience in relevant field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop SOP and work with relevant departments and others as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all to effective implementation of SOP.
∎ Prepare internal audit operations plan and execution process of Internal Control & Compliance department.
∎ Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations specially for Management and Tax and Vat Authority.
∎ Review all financial records, reports, systems and control process of the Group maintaining IAS/IFRS, Bangladesh Accounting Standard, Bangladesh Cost Accounting Standard and others laws like Company laws, Labor laws and Regulations and guidelines of BSEC.
∎ Prepare comprehensive Audit findings report and place recommendations for management's implementation.
∎ Create internal audit system for effective functioning of finance department.
∎ Assess and evaluate internal controls of accounting functions.
∎ Review and reconcile all customers, vendors and ledger balances.
∎ Implement best practices and procedures in all audit systems and accounting functions.
∎ Review data about material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenditures.
∎ Checking all financial documents, all voucher of present and past payment.
∎ Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.
∎ Prepare, analyze, and verify annual reports, financial statements, and other records, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures to assess financial condition and facilitate financial planning.
∎ Inspect cash on hand, notes receivable and payable, negotiable securities, and canceled checks to confirm records are accurate.
∎ Examine inventory to verify journal and ledger entries.
∎ Analyzing product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods to determine effects on cost.
∎ Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
∎ Making estimates of new and proposed costs of raw materials, labor and providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Comprehensive knowledge of modern financial management, VAT, Tax and internal Audit and control system and others.
∎ Should have competency on computer-based accounting system.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel & MS Word).
∎ Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
