Educational Requirements:
∎ CA qualified
∎ Master’s degree in any Business discipline
∎ Master’s degree in Accounting would be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and audit, Audit investigation, Auditing, Internal Audit, Internal Audit and Compliance, Inventory Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare risk based audit schedule/planning
∎ Monitor the internal control and compliance procedure with the company's rules and regulations on financial transactions and administrative activities
∎ Ensure audit and inspection of various Depots, Factories, and Corporate Head Office according to the management requirement
∎ Develop department wise ToR/check list to conduct the audit
∎ Prepare audit report and comments thereon as per internal control system
∎ Ensure physical stock verification and prepare the report thereon
∎ Identify all aspects of control systems on which it intends to rely on and develop a review cycle
∎ Ensure checking of pre-audit & post-audit of all financial vouchers, bills, and follow-up with the daily transactions which are maintained by the respective Accounts & Finance department
∎ Plan, set up, and implement operational procedures and internal controls procedures for the company's operation
∎ Review the existing operational flows and business activities to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness
∎ Prepare audit findings to report and formulate recommendations for management's implementation
∎ Report to management about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities
∎ Perform any other appropriate auditing jobs which shall be beneficial for the company
∎ Perform any relevant task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:

∎ Ability to meet the deadline despite all obstacles
