Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Master degree in any discipline with CA (CC)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist in the development and continuous improvement of the strong internal control system in various functional areas
∎ To lead business unit-wise audit teams to conduct an internal audit as per guidelines of the Audit Committee
∎ To perform risk and control assessment of audit subject of the Company
∎ To engage the auditee and to communicate objectives and scope of audit clearly, solicit concerns raised by management (auditee), and ensure audit engagement adequately covers key business risks
∎ To keep senior management/directors and auditee informed of all audit issues, concerns, and recommendations during the audit
∎ To prepare monthly audit reports in a precise and concise manner and recommend that results in beneficial change
∎ To recommend audit subjects for an annual business plan based on risk and controls assessment performed and strategic information gathered during the execution of audit engagements & discussion with management /directors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have adequate knowledge of ISA, IAS, IFRS, SEC Rules & Regulations, and local laws and regulations
∎ Must be able to work independently and capable of managing multiple audit teams
∎ Excellent presentation and reporting skills
∎ Strong communication skills both in English and Bangla
