Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in Accounting/ Finance / Management.
∎ CA (CC) is requisite to apply for the position.
∎ CA partly qualified will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Draft the Internal Audit Charter of the organization in line with the best current standards.
∎ Design internal audit procedures and work programs.
∎ Identify key areas of risk within the organization and propose appropriate controls to Mitigate the risks.
∎ Provide top management with an opinion on the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the internal controls in the organization.
∎ Assist the development of an internal control culture, including training to staff.
∎ Monitor the trends and developments in the internal audit area.
∎ Report on internal control issues and the implementation of the internal audit plan to senior management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance, Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
∎ Expertise in internal audit, risk and control functions.
∎ Excellent communications and presentation skills.
∎ Capable of a rigorous analytical approach and result oriented.
∎ Flexible and stress resistant.
∎ Ability to organize and prioritize.
∎ Ability to explain findings and to convince the organization to implement audit recommendations.
∎ Minimum 12 years' experience with at least 5 years relevant work experience as Head of Internal Audit in any good standing / reputed Textile /garment industrial group.
