∎ Education in Tourism & Hospitality Management will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Airline ticket reservation hotel booking, Event Management, Hotel and Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Reservation and ticketing, Sales & Marketing, Tour Package and Customer Service, Tourist visa processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline, Tour Operator, Travel Agent, Hotel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To monitor the Holidays Package Department.
∎ • To contribute the overall improvement and development of the Department with innovation, revolution & leadership.
∎ • To forecast opportunities and risks and settle/implement accordingly.
∎ • To ensure day to day reservation for holiday packages
∎ • To monitor Visa section, reservation & package preparation, airlines, hotel & service apartment, medical tour, customer service and marketing team.
∎ • To ensure and develop new business & package programs
∎ • To develop excellent relationship with existing and new customer.
∎ • To promote and Marketing holiday packages to the clients via travel agents, websites, brochures, advertisement and social media etc as per requirement.
∎ • To monitor the holiday team to ensure maximum revenue.
∎ • To ensure the sales counter employees are well conversant about holidays packages updated information.
∎ • To provide frequent formal/informal training for own department and sales counter employees related to the product for prompt & smooth service to the customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Good command in English (both speaking & writing).
∎ Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
∎ Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
∎ Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
∎ Strong Interpersonal, Networking & Communication skills.
∎ Well conversant in MS Office, e-mail & internet surfing.
∎ Work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 55000 - 65000 (Monthly)
