Airline Ticket Reservation, Customer Service, Holiday Packages, hotel reservation, medical tourism industry, Reservation/ Ticketing, Sales & Marketing, Service Sector, Tourist visa processing, Travels and tourism
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline, Hotel, Multinational Companies, Tour Operator, Travel Agent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor the Holidays Department.
∎ To contribute the overall improvement and development of the Department with innovation, revolution & leadership.
∎ To forecast opportunities and risks and settle/implement accordingly.
∎ To ensure day to day reservation for holiday packages
∎ To monitor Visa section, reservation & package preparation, airlines, hotel & service apartment, medical tour, customer service and marketing team.
∎ To ensure new package programs
∎ To develop excellent relationship with existing and new customer.
∎ To promote and Marketing holiday packages to the clients via travel agents, websites, brochures, advertisement and social media etc as per requirement.
∎ To monitor the holiday team to ensure maximum revenue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
∎ Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
∎ Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
∎ Strong Interpersonal, Networking & Communication skills.
∎ Good command in English.
∎ Well conversant in MS Office, e-mail & internet surfing.
∎ Work under pressure.
