∎ Strong professional knowledge on fiscal laws of Bangladesh;
∎ Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Bank circulars and regulations;
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills;
∎ Proficiency in accounting software;
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

∎ Job Location: Tejgaon (Head Office), Dhaka
∎ Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;
∎ Conduct tax and VAT management of the Company;
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger;
∎ Manage the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to Bangladesh Bank and other relevant authorities;
∎ Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the company's assets;
∎ Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
∎ Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team;
∎ Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements.
