Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Masters with CA/ACA/FCA qualifications is be preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Trade Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Share Brokerage/ Securities House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and supervise all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
∎ Establish and ensure efficient operation of a robust Internal Control system in the company.
∎ Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities through providing MIS Reports and other data/ information.
∎ Provide financial and operational information to the CEO and make recommendations on both strategy and operations.
∎ Develop and implement organization's financial goals.
∎ Oversee the investment of funds and manage associated risks.
∎ Supervise Treasury management including cash management activities.
∎ Review monthly operating reports for accuracy, completeness and major variances between actual and budget results.
∎ Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
∎ Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and all regulatory authorities.
∎ Maintain relations with external auditors and resolve/implement their findings and recommendations.
∎ Capable to prepare Cash Flow Statement, financial forecasting, Financial Statements, inventory management, working capital management, Budgeting and Budgetary control over the whole accounts & finance of the company efficiently within the deadline set by the management/ board.
∎ Develop, monitor and time to time update policies and procedures within generally accepted accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs, increased revenues and eventually increased profit.
∎ Familiar with tally and troyee software or any ERP software
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Capital Market field
∎ Excellent leadership skills
∎ Knowledge of financial laws of the land other regulatory requirements for compliance.
∎ Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Critical thinking & Problem solving,
∎ Decision making skills
∎ Effective verbal and written communications skills
∎ Experience of working in ERP environment
