Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and growth plans of each business unit. Provide strategic financial recommendations to senior leadership.
∎ Business Unit Financial Management: Oversee the financial operations of each business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Collaborate with business unit leaders to drive financial performance and accountability.
∎ Consolidated Financial Reporting: Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports for the entire organization. Provide insights into the financial health and performance of the company as a whole.
∎ Cash Flow Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize cash flow across all business units, ensuring liquidity needs are met while managing working capital effectively.
∎ Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through the implementation of strong internal controls, policies, and procedures. Stay informed about industry regulations and changes.
∎ Credit & Tax Vat Management: Manage, monitor & guide overall Credit & Tax Vat.
∎ Business Unit Expansion: Provide financial guidance and analysis for potential business unit expansions, acquisitions, and partnerships. Conduct financial due diligence and evaluate investment opportunities.
∎ Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis for each business unit, including cost analysis, revenue projections, and ROI assessments. Provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
∎ Treasury and Capital Management: Oversee capital allocation, manage banking relationships, and optimize investment strategies across the organization.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead a diverse finance team, ensuring alignment with the financial goals of each business unit. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with [4] years in senior financial leadership positions.
∎ Strong background in Group of Companies
∎ Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy development, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
∎ Proficient in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of translating financial data into actionable insights.
∎ Strong communication skills to convey complex financial information effectively.
∎ Experience with risk management, cash flow optimization, and financial planning.
∎ Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a finance team.
