Additional Requirements:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (Real estate experience will get preference)
Strong understanding of financial management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
Proficiency in financial software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Typing skills (both Bengali & English)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in bank reconciliations, accounting standards, regulations, Tax and VAT arrangement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
