Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Skills Required: Accounting,Admin and Accounts,TDS,VDS

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 32 years
  • CA (CC) partly qualified / course completed candidates will add advantage.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).

  • Verify bills, invoices, and payment requests before processing.

  • Support VAT/tax filing and audit requirements.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records including vouchers, invoices, and ledgers in compliance with company policies.

  • Monitor office expenses and assist in budget tracking and cost control.

  • Handle tax-related tasks such as VAT/TDS calculation, documentation, and filing support.

  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments regarding financial matters.

  • Coordinate with banks for salary transfers and resolve any payment-related issues.

  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.

  • Oversee general administrative tasks including office maintenance, procurement of supplies, and vendor management.

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and support basic HR administrative functions.

  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and support staff to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Monitor office cleanliness, safety, and overall workplace standards.

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment; monitor stock levels and handle timely procurement.

  • Oversee corporate hospitality functions, including management refreshments and guest entertainment, while ensuring timely processing of related payments and maintaining proper documentation.
