∎ M. Sc./ B. Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering or relevant discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead Oracle ERP Functional & Technical team under Technology Division
∎ Planning, designing, implementation, managing & Support of Oracle EBS R12 System
∎ Should have vast knowledge of Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, HR & Payroll, Hyperion & Budgeting, Discrete Manufacturing, BI (Business Intelligence), Data Merging, Data Migration, Integration & Conversion (for both Functional & Technical)
∎ Establish Plan, Manage Team, Support & ensure Day to Day Activities
∎ Solid experience in solution design, requirement analysis & design, software development, system maintenance & Operations and Delivery Management.
∎ Planning and implementing the new business enhancement.
∎ Do periodic planning, proactive risk & issue management, and cross-project dependencies.
∎ Ensure smooth operation, development and support (service request, technical support, incident & problem management), system availability in accordance with agreed SLA & KPIs and management reporting.
∎ Ensure compliance with controls, policies and procedures as per auditors and monitor’s recommendations.
∎ Lead resource forecasting, planning and IT demand management.
∎ Responsible for team and delivery efficiency, improve work culture and engagement.
∎ Identifying process improvements for system performance, reliability and stability.
∎ Preparing functional and design specifications.
∎ Ensure ERP-Oracle runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
∎ Create, implement and maintain a continuous improvement plan for software development and IT infrastructure
∎ Coordinates with IT Leadership to establish staffing and project plans for specific system implementation projects
∎ Works with Head of ICT to ensure that the information necessary to establish and maintain an efficient, cost-effective infrastructure is in place and that appropriate long term infrastructure architectures and strategies
∎ Manages and administers vendor maintenance agreements for Oracle ERP components.
∎ Obtains regular briefings on vendor directions and development plans.
∎ Uses this information to update Technology Road maps and IT Strategic Plans.
∎ Implements effective monitoring processes and systems are in place to capture performance against SLAs.
∎ Work with Business users to understand business problems and develop technical solutions.
∎ Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

∎ Ability on Cloud System Management will be added plus.
∎ Must have working experience in implementing Oracle EBS (Minimum 5 Full Oracle Implementation Project Cycle as a Lead) in any reputed manufacturing (Preferably Garment & Textile) organization
∎ Good Knowledge on ERP-Oracle Data Security
∎ Ability to work independently under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Ability to keep a good spirit in stressful situations.
∎ Candidate should be dynamic, result-oriented.
