∎ LEAD A WORLD TOP 10 UNIVERSITY PROGRAM ADMISSION AND ENROLLMENT TEAM
∎ Universal College Bangladesh (UCB) is an STS Group venture. UCB is Bangladesh`s first and only Ministry of Education-approved international higher education provider. With a state-of-the-art campus in the heart of Dhaka city, UCB is the nation`s premier transnational in-country higher education provider delivering world leading university programs.
∎ With established market leadership, Universal College Bangladesh is now expanding its offerings to offer Bachelor`s and Master`s in-country degree programs with a world top 10 university. In this context, UCB is seeking a highly talented and internationally educated individual for the position of Head of Enrollment, who will lead admissions of students into various programs.
∎ The Head of Enrollment will lead the process of planning and implementing enrolment generation and engagement activities, building and establishing networks across target markets, and recruiting high performing students for the world top 10 University. At the forefront, the Head of Enrolment represents UCB to prospective students, parents, schools, counsellors, student recruiting agencies, and other stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic and operational leadership of all enrolment activities
∎ Responsible for achieving enrolment targets
∎ Building and leading enrollment teams by introducing a world-class premium ethos in positioning UCB programs to target markets
∎ Prepare the Annual Enrolment Plan in line with overall organizational business plan
∎ Possess a strong understanding of target markets, brand positioning and developing a compelling communication strategy to reach out to and convert prospects
∎ Understand critical success factors in the enrolment value chain
∎ Be highly adept at building networks within schools, student communities, school heads, senior school counsellors, coaching institutions, recruitment agencies and other prospects
∎ Be deeply knowledgeable about database building for effecting enrolment planning
∎ Drive school level admission sessions and general training workshops to promote enrolment drives
∎ Be able to coordinate with marketing teams to build jointly developed campaigns
∎ Any other task assigned by the senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ PERSON BACKGROUND:
∎ Having significant student enrollment experience of at least 7-10 years would be highly preferred
∎ Alternatively, significant marketing leadership experience in a multinational environment
∎ International education would be a definite plus
∎ Experience in building and leading teams and driving them towards targets
∎ Outstanding verbal skills, written communication and presentation skills
∎ Able to build visionary outlook towards student enrolments
