∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic and operational leadership of all enrolment activities
∎ Responsible for achieving enrolment targets
∎ Building and leading enrollment teams by introducing a world-class premium ethos in positioning UCB programs to target markets
∎ Prepare the Annual Enrolment Plan in line with overall organizational business plan
∎ Possess a strong understanding of target markets, brand positioning and developing a compelling communication strategy to reach out to and convert prospects
∎ Understand critical success factors in the enrolment value chain
∎ Be highly adept at building networks within schools, student communities, school heads, senior school counsellors, coaching institutions, recruitment agencies and other prospects
∎ Be deeply knowledgeable about database building for effecting enrolment planning
∎ Drive school level admission sessions and general training workshops to promote enrolment drives
∎ Be able to coordinate with marketing teams to build jointly developed campaigns
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having significant student enrollment experience of at least 7-10 years would be highly preferred
∎ Alternatively, significant marketing leadership experience in a multinational environment
∎ International education would be a definite plus
∎ Experience in building and leading teams and driving them towards targets
∎ Outstanding verbal skills, written communication and presentation skills
∎ Able to build visionary outlook towards student enrolments
