Job Responsibilities:
∎ Built-up an effective sales team
∎ Assist customer-facing teams to provide agreed services and service levels by educating them on clients organisation and needs
∎ Develop Customers Service Strategy and maintain it following
∎ Ensure best practice policies, processes and methodologies are utilised by customer service managers
∎ Dealing directly with clients to promote the company's products and services via phone and emails in order to build and maintain relationships with customers
∎ Champion a culture that achieves the business goals and delights customers
∎ Drive Performance for Growth ensuring that all team members have stretching personal objectives, development plans and regular performance reviews to embed a high performance culture
∎ Permanent coaching customer managers
∎ Providing reports based on statistics and making plans
∎ Evaluate all relevant information to handle clients inquiries in the best practice
∎ Monitoring that customer queries are processed correctly and in a timely and accurate manner
∎ Participation in improvements of customer service development
∎ Achieving key performance indicators of department (targets)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year of experience in head position of telephone Customer Service or Sales is a must
∎ Experience in telephone sales of financial products is a distinct advantage
∎ Ability to lead and know what it takes to provide World Class Service
∎ Excellent people skills and management practices with the ability to motivate and inspire others
∎ Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous eye for identifying inconsistencies / inaccuracies
∎ Fluent in verbal and written English is a must, other languages are an advantage
∎ Customer focused approach with close attention to detail
∎ Excellent communication and written skills as well as attention to detail
∎ The ability to effectively influence managers
∎ Decisiveness and strong sense of responsibility.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and target-oriented.
