∎ 7–8 years of relevant experience in air cargo, freight forwarding, or airline logistics.
∎ In-depth understanding of regional and international cargo markets.
∎ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
∎ Must be tech-savvy with knowledge of cargo software, documentation, and freight tools.
∎ Familiar with EU regulation on cargo.
∎ Familiar with RA3 procedure.
∎ Adequate knowledge on Transshipment procedure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage day-to-day operations and commercial activities of the cargo division.
∎ Oversee cargo sales strategies, client relationship management, and pricing structures.
∎ Coordinate with ground handling agents, GSSAs, and warehouse teams for operational excellence.
∎ Monitor cargo performance metrics and introduce process improvements.
∎ Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards across all cargo stations.
∎ Support digital transformation and automation of cargo tracking and customer interface.
∎ Work closely with flight operations, network planning, and finance teams to align capacity and revenue goals.
∎ Collaborate with other regional and international airlines to expand US-Bangla Airlines’ cargo operations and interline agreements worldwide.

∎ As Head of Cargo, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the airline’s cargo operations and business development — both domestically and internationally. You will lead a growing team and collaborate closely with freight partners, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to expand our cargo reach, maximize capacity utilization, and boost profitability.
