∎ 15+ years of experience in business transformation, Business Finance, or operational Excellence, with a proven track record in large-scale change management.
∎ Strong expertise in process optimization, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
∎ Experience leading multi-industry business units, preferably in Retail, FMCG, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.
∎ Deep knowledge of Cost Management, data analytics, automation, and technology-driven business models.
∎ A track record of implementing efficiency programs that drive profitability and sustainable growth.

∎ Lead digital transformation initiatives, integrating advanced technologies such as Al, automation, and data analytics into core business operations.
∎ Streamline supply chain, sales, and customer experience processes, enhancing performance and scalability.
∎ Champion the adoption of global best practices, taking inspiration from market leaders like Tesco, Lidi, Sainsbury's, Costco, and Walmart.
∎ Identify new business models and revenue streams, positioning ACI for sustainable growth.
∎ Drive cross-industry synergies, ensuring seamless collaboration across ACI business.
∎ Align transformation initiatives with business goals to ensure they contribute to profitable growth.
∎ Analyze current expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
∎ Implement best practices in cost management to ensure financial sustainability.
