Job Context:
∎ A local industrial conglomerate with local and international exposure is looking for a Head of Business for Electrical & Cables business to work closely with the organization to achieve a strategic edge in the industry and expand the groups business and profitability.
∎ We are looking for Head of Business (HB) to oversee our organization`s ongoing operations and lead the growth in EPG sector.
∎ The HB role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting directly to the Executive Director (ED) and managing the team across Production, Planning, Quality, Merchandising and Strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifies and books top opportunities to drive awareness and large orders
∎ Contacts potential business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, networking etc.
∎ Creates and maintains target client list using internal and external data (company sales history, LinkedIn etc). Reviews list and progress against it regularly with supervisor.
∎ Manages key relationships with top selling accounts to drive repeat business and growth.
∎ Develops sales reports and supporting commentary to share with senior leadership.
∎ Develops new solutions to win the corporate segment - menus, packages, promotions.
∎ Determines selling materials needed to support your efforts & partners with marketing to create.
∎ Acts as brand ambassador - portfolio expert and embodiment of our values: world's best product, exceptional guest service, passion for innovation, commitment to our communities.
∎ Complies with company policies and maintain Sprinkles brand standard by presenting a professional image to the clients.
∎ Includes occasional on-site management including set up and clean up.

∎ Electrical Items; (Fan, Circuit Breaker, Distribution Board, LED Light, Switch)
∎ A self-starter with demonstrated success building a client roster
∎ Hungry and motivated - a natural sales person who takes pride in closing deal and who is driven by results
∎ A networking pro with the confidence to make cold calls & the skills to navigate the room and make an impact
∎ A problem solver who is solution oriented and knows how to remove barriers and get around roadblocks
∎ Friendly and approachable, communicating very well with many different styles.
∎ Focused on understanding the prospective client - who they are, what they do, what they love, and what they need.
∎ Committed to exceptional guest service. Willing to go above and beyond to make the guest happy.
∎ Proficient in Excel and adept at learning necessary internal software systems to book orders and pull sales data
∎ Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment -i.e. you enjoy a dynamic pace, can flex as new opportunities arise and can like the challenge of "figuring it out".
