Experience:

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Spinning

• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from a reputed university.

• CA (CC) (Partly qualified) / Qualified Chartered Accountant will be preferred.

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Spinning

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• At least 10–15 years of experience in Accounts, Audit, or Finance in a spinning/textile manufacturing industry.

• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or audit lead role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.In-depth knowledge of internal control systems, cost audit, and compliance.

• Proficient in ERP-based accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Context: 

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Head of Audit. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising the internal audit function across the factory and head office. The ideal candidate must ensure compliance, transparency, and integrity in all financial and operational activities and provide management with strategic insights for continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the internal audit department and develop annual audit plans in alignment with company objectives.

• Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits of the spinning units, head office, and associated departments.

• Evaluate internal control systems and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Review all financial transactions including purchases, inventory, payroll, and production costs to ensure accuracy and accountability.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to VAT, Income Tax, Customs, and other regulatory bodies.

• Monitor and audit factory operations including raw material consumption, yarn production, wastage, and stock management.

• Verify monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reconcile key accounts.

• Examine and verify LC documentation, import/export transactions, and bank dealings.

• Report audit findings, irregularities, and recommendations directly to the Managing Director and top management.

• Ensure follow-up and implementation of audit recommendations.

• Develop and implement internal audit policies, SOPs, and risk assessment methodologies.

• Supervise the audit team and ensure timely completion of audit activities.

• Conduct surprise inspections and special investigations when required.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all audit-related information.
