Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for an experienced and strategic finance professional to lead the overall Accounts & Finance functions across our companies, covering shipping, trading, transportation, and upcoming business ventures. The incumbent will ensure financial discipline, effective cost control, statutory compliance, and strategic financial planning to support business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise Accounts & Finance functions across all companies and future projects.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, fund management, and consolidated financial statements.
Manage banking, loans, working capital, accounts receivable, payable, and financial transactions.
Ensure effective cost control, profitability analysis, and financial performance monitoring across business units.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory requirements.
Establish strong internal controls, accounting policies, audit procedures, and risk management systems.
Develop and improve accounting software, ERP, financial reporting, and management information systems.
Lead the Accounts & Finance team and provide strategic financial advice to top Management.
