Operator - Civil, Electrical, Mechanical

Civil Construction: Conduct theoretical and practical training in masonry, bricklaying, plastering, concreting, and basic construction techniques.

Shuttering: Train participants in measuring, assembling, installing, and dismantling shuttering and formwork.

Carpentry: Provide hands-on training in wood cutting, fitting, joining, and assembling wooden components.

Scaffolding: Teach safe scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling procedures.

Plumbing: Deliver training in pipe installation, water supply systems, drainage, sanitary fittings, and leakage detection and repair.

Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical demonstrations for each trade.

Teach drawing interpretation, accurate measurement, material estimation, and proper use of tools and equipment.

Supervise workshop activities and ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Assess trainees through practical demonstrations and tests, provide feedback, and maintain training records.

Maintain workshop tools and equipment and prepare trainees to meet workplace standards.
