Responsibilities & Context
• Manage and lead the customer support team to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle complex customer escalations, particularly regarding GPS hardware, VTS tracking software, and subscription billing.
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and call/ticket response times.
• Coordinate with the technical and field installation teams to resolve client issues quickly.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
