Floor Manager / Floor Supervisor

• Candidates with strong relevant practical experience may also be considered.

• Relevant experience in factory floor management, steel fabrication, or steel building manufacturing will be preferred.

• Experience in production planning, manpower management, and industrial operations will be an advantage.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of structural steel fabrication and manufacturing processes.

Job Context:

The Floor Manager/ Floor Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily factory operations, supervising production activities, coordinating manpower, maintaining product quality, and ensuring that production targets are achieved according to company standards.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Oversee and coordinate daily factory floor operations.

• Prepare and implement production schedules in coordination with management.

• Allocate manpower and assign tasks according to production requirements.

• Supervise and coordinate fitting, welding, fabrication, assembly, and other manufacturing activities.

• Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.

• Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

• Coordinate with Floor Supervisors and other departments to resolve production-related issues.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, tools, and materials.

• Maintain workplace discipline and enforce health and safety procedures.

• Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions.

• Prepare daily production reports and submit updates to management.

• Ensure efficient workflow and continuous improvement in factory operations.

Job Location: Factory located at Kalampur, Dhamrai, Dhaka.
