Strong knowledge of European study destinations, such as Hungary, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Malta, Cyprus, Germany, France, Italy, and other European countries.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong student counseling, follow-up, and client relationship management skills.Good knowledge of admission documentation and visa application procedures.Ability to work under pressure and achieve admission targets.Strong organizational skills and a professional attitude.Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities & Context
Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities in European countries.
Provide accurate information about universities, courses, tuition fees, scholarships, and admission requirements.
Guide students through the complete admission process, from initial counseling to enrollment.
Assist students with application preparation, document verification, and visa documentation.
Maintain effective communication with universities, recruitment partners, and students.
Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
Achieve monthly and yearly admission and recruitment targets.
Maintain accurate student records, application updates, and counseling reports.
Support and guide junior counselors to improve team performance.
Stay updated on European university admission policies and student visa requirements.
