Education:
Minimum B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a recognized university.
1–2 years of professional experience in hardware assembly, CCTV operation, and networking.
Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and travel when required.
Assemble, install, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (Analog & IP).
Perform network setup and troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, routers, switches).
Ensure structured cabling (Cat-5/6, fiber optics) for network and surveillance systems.
Monitor and maintain DVR/NVR systems and surveillance software.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, CCTV, and networking-related technical issues.
Provide support for access control, attendance, and related security devices.
Prepare technical documentation and maintenance reports.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in computer hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair.
Strong knowledge of CCTV installation and configuration (DVR, NVR, IP Cameras).
Good understanding of network devices (switches, routers, firewalls).
Hands-on experience in structured cabling (Cat-5/6, Fiber optics).
Familiarity with access control and security devices will be an advantage.
