Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create engaging designs for social media posts, posters, brochures, proposals, and presentations using Canva.
∎ Assist with developing and editing marketing materials for various campaigns and events.
∎ Update and manage website content using WordPress and Elementor.
∎ Resolve simple website issues as needed.
∎ Help run outreach campaigns by sending follow-ups and managing prospect responses.
∎ Track leads, tasks, and deals within HubSpot CRM.
∎ Assist with managing LinkedIn profiles for company executives and brand pages.
∎ Schedule and post content, monitor engagement, and support consistency across all platforms.
∎ Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
∎ Conduct research related to content creation, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
∎ Prepare simple reports to evaluate campaign performance and marketing activities.
∎ We are seeking a proactive and creative Growth Marketing Associate to contribute to our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative, foundational experience in digital marketing, and a passion for content creation. Familiarity with tools like Canva, WordPress, and HubSpot CRM is valued.
