Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Graduated from any UGC-approved university in Bangladesh.
∎ Previous experience in graphics designing and video editing is needed.
∎ Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, and other video editing tools; also in Canva, and Figma.
∎ Good written and spoken skills in both Bangla and English with strong grammar and clear communication.
∎ Basic copywriting skills and content creation and converting briefs into creative visuals.
∎ Experience with combining typography and utilising typographic terms.
∎ Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual composition and detail. Skilled in colour correction, visual effects, infographics, and sound editing.
∎ Having attention to detail and an understanding of customer psychology, content marketing trends, cultural norms, and audience segmentation is important.
∎ Great sense of graphics content creation with an understanding of attention-grabbing through digital content to create banners, images, and promotions that will be displayed on the website, social media, and other display platforms.

∎ Brief About the Role:
∎ Phoenix Admission Care is seeking a talented Graphics Designer & Video Editor with expertise in designing creative posters, graphical content, motion graphics, and video editing to join our dynamic team. The person will play an integral role in developing high-impact visual content to support the branding and promotional initiatives of Phoenix. This includes creating visual assets such as illustrations and infographics and producing high-quality video content, including lecture recordings, animated explainers, and promotional materials.
