∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Expertise in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus (not mandatory).
∎ Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
∎ Excellent creativity and visualization skills with attention to detail and aesthetics.
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Enthusiastic about self-improvement and skill development.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
∎ Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity by creating logos, brand guidelines, and other visual assets to reflect the company’s values and mission.
∎ Work closely with marketing and communication teams to conceptualize and execute creative designs that meet project objectives.
∎ Optimize graphics and visuals for different platforms, including web, social media, and mobile.
∎ Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and software to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to projects.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and meet project goals effectively.
∎ Maintain organized files and assets, ensuring easy accessibility for team members and efficient project workflows.
∎ Proactively bring new design ideas and suggestions to improve the company’s creative output and overall visual appeal.
