∎ Diploma in Engineering in graphics design
∎ Diploma in Graphic Design from any recognized govt. institution / any reputed private institution.
∎ ??????: Adobe Photoshop, Adove Illustrator, Adove premiere pro, Animation, CorelDraw, Macromedia Flash MX
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, Bengali and English Typing, Designing, Photoshop

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Basic video editing skills, Graphics Design Auto CAD, Photo Editing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Design/Printing/Publishing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Designing graphics and layouts for product illustrations, packaging and online adverts.
∎ 2.Keep sound knowledge about Animation, Video editing, After Effect, Adobe Premier, 3.Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, etc.
∎ 4.Create cover photo, banner, leaflet, brochure design, Poster, Clipping Path, photo manipulation, Motion graphic, Video editing, Sound editing for video clip, info-graphic design etc.
∎ 5.Developing Graphical & Creative Designs for both Print and Electronic Media.
∎ 6.Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts mainly focused on social media marketing.
∎ 7.Generating dynamic and innovative ideas.
∎ 8.Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
∎ 9.Create eye catchy design for Marketing and Display Advertising Campaigns.
∎ 10.Responsible for the coordination and production of all images, videos, design materials, pdf needed for the organization's digital marketing team.
∎ 10.Different types of graphics based event management.
∎ 11.Website and Facebook-instagram page maintenance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Highly skilled and proficient in graphic design related software.
∎ Innovative, enthusiastic and hard working.
∎ Excellent communication skill and ability to work in a team.
∎ Working experience in real estate sector will be preferred.
