∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fine Arts
∎ Skills Required: Adobe After Effects, Adobe In design, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study design briefs and determine requirements
∎ · Schedule projects
∎ · Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
∎ · Develop illustrations, and other designs using required software
∎ · Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic as per brand guideline
∎ · Work with marketing team
∎ · Amend designs after feedback
∎ · Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven graphic designing experience
∎ A strong portfolio
∎ Familiarity with design software and technologies
∎ A keen eye for aesthetics and details
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Ability to work under pressure & methodically meet deadlines
