Additional Requirements:

- Portfolio of design work and photography is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a graphics designer and photographer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and other design tools.
- Knowledge of photo editing, lighting, and composition.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong visual sense.
- Experience in video editing is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Create engaging visual designs for social media, print materials, banners, advertisements, and branding campaigns.
Capture high-quality photographs for services provided, camps, events, portraits, and other promotional content.
Edit photos and videos using professional editing software to enhance quality and visual appeal.
Collaborate with the branding and admin team to develop innovative and impactful concepts.
Maintain, organize, and manage photography equipment to ensure smooth operations during shoots.
Ensure all creative outputs—designs, photos, and videos—are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines.
