∎ Previous Work: Experience in creating graphics and designs.
∎ Software Skills: Skilled in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
∎ Portfolio: Have a portfolio showing past design work.
∎ Industry Knowledge: Understands design trends and industry standards.
∎ Problem Solving: Experience in solving design challenges and meeting deadlines.
∎ Communication: Experience in working with different teams and clients.
