Job Context:
∎ Zabai provides high-quality education for young people in developing countries. The education is provided through e-learning, video lessons and blended learning and it is distributed from a platform specifically created for developing countries. Our focus is on creating measurable results; therefore, all our projects have clearly defined effect goals. We use innovative techniques and tools that reach large target groups, and that speaks to the heart as well as to the mind. We deliver solutions for all platforms, such as desktops, tablets and smartphones.
∎ Zabai is currently a team of 20 persons working out of Oslo, Norway and Yangon, Myanmar. We are now in a process of establishing Zabai Bangladesh and have started the recruiting process in Dhaka.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ To qualify you should be a Digital Creative Designer with a CV / Portfolio that demonstrates:
∎ Experience in Graphic Design
∎ You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
∎ Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PPT
∎ Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills
∎ Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
∎ Good knowledge in course development tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
∎ A positive and energetic attitude with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
∎ Good knowledge or interest in learning After Effects, Video Editing and Photography would be a bonus.
