Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creation and management of the organization’s print and digital design content.
∎ Obtain inputs, ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company in a visually appealing way online and offline.
∎ Think creatively and develop new designs and videos based on organizational requirements.
∎ Management of the colour profiles on both print and digital media.
∎ Work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, premiere pro and other Graphic related software.
∎ Update and maintain internal databases of designs and videos.
∎ Manage timelines to ensure timely execution.
∎ Schedule the designs on the social media platforms of the brand.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 18 to 35 years.
∎ Both males and females can apply.
∎ Knowledge of digital marketing will be given preference.
∎ Excellent knowledge of visualization.
∎ Have solid graphic design experience in Photo Editing, Image Manipulation, Logo Design, Background Remove, Banner Design, Flyer Design, Clipping Path, Photo Retouch, Combo, Color Correction etc. and video editing.
∎ A strong foundation of fundamentals of design such as Colour Theory, Typography, Visual Hierarchy, Design Principles etc.
∎ Must be able to ideate new concepts for designs.
∎ Should have good knowledge in print and digital design, editing videos, engaging with sound effects, and subtitling.
∎ Strong portfolio of work.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be 20k during probation of 6 months. Afterwards, 25k based on performance.
