Educational Requirements:
∎ A bachelor's degree or a similar qualification is needed - Art, Graphic Arts, or related discipline arts.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and redesigning computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures, videos, and many other forms of visual communication for social media and web sites.
∎ Develop and maintain design guidelines for brands, ensuring brand consistency throughout all our marketing material and projects.
∎ Ensure that the delivered products designs, or services adhere to the brand guidelines, policies, and standards of the company.
∎ Overseeing in-house video and photo shoots that will be used as digital and printed content.
∎ Delivery of creatives within expected quality standards and timelines.
∎ Coordinate, guide and supervise projects carried out by external stakeholders including agencies, designers, printers, and production houses.
∎ Draft and submit budget proposals for the development of websites, web applications, video and photo shoots, purchasing of third-party plugins, purchasing of hosting, cloud-based services and storage, including purchasing of creative and development tools and software.
∎ Stay up to date on new web development, design, social media etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Professional level qualification in design software - Adobe Creative Cloud of Applications.
∎ Should possess more than three years of experience in graphic designing.
∎ A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
∎ Possess excellent creative and innovative design skills.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Possess strong project management and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to interact with the senior management, interdepartmental colleagues, and other stakeholders with Client interfacing ability with confidence.
∎ Knowledge of interactive design including best practices in technology, usability and user experience.
∎ Must be detail oriented and well organized.
