∎ Age 20 to 36 years
∎ Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
∎ Proficiency in Bangla & English typing is required for creating content and designs in Bangla & English when needed.
∎ Share a digital proof (PDF) with the client for approval.
∎ Make minor revisions based on client feedback, including color adjustments and text modifications.
∎ Obtain final approval on [Approval Date].
∎ Check for missing fonts, low-resolution images, and incorrect color profiles.
∎ Ensure all elements are within printable margins.
∎ Convert all RGB images to CMYK for accurate color reproduction.
∎ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong understanding of design principles like color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
∎ Portfolio showcasing your design work (please include a link to your online portfolio or attach samples).
∎ Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
∎ Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
∎ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
∎ The applicants should have minimum 2 years experience at Event Related Design work. Such as stage, Stall, Backdrop, Wings, Gate, Standee, Banner, Festoon, Dropdown, Selfie booth etc.
