∎ Training/Trade Course: Graphics Designing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fashion Designing, Graphics Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating an idea and producing a design by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD)
∎ Sketch rough and detailed drawings of apparel or accessories, and write specifications such as color schemes, construction, material types, and others requirements.
∎ Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes
∎ Plan and develop ranges and adapting existing designs for buyer development & in house production.
∎ Ensure the timely and successful design and development of products in line with the customers' requirement.
∎ Creating trend tech packs and moodboards for our own collection
∎ Understanding design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns and technical specifications for designs
∎ Negotiating with customers and suppliers
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have experience with foreign brands
∎ An expat or foreigner will be given preference
∎ Creativity, innovation and flair
∎ An eye for color and a feel for fabrics and materials
∎ Ability to generate ideas and concepts
∎ Design and visualization skills
∎ Proficiency in computer-aided fashion design applications and digital visualization tools
∎ Technical skills, including pattern cutting
∎ A proactive approach
∎ Self-motivation and confidence
∎ Interpersonal, communication and networking skills
∎ Ability to negotiate and to influence others
∎ Team working skills
∎ Good organization and time management
∎ Should have good communication skills in English
