Job Responsibilities:
∎ To run individually an outlet where 5-15 personnel are engaged for daily retail and online sales.
∎ Manage overall operations of the outlet
∎ To work as the key person of the Outlet to enhance and develop the sales & marketing as well as to achieve organizational goals as awarded by the management.
∎ Should possess adequate knowledge and experience in sales & marketing and be capable of gain attraction from potential customers.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Make sure that all reports (Daily, week ending, and month ending business reports) are submitted to management in time.
∎ Sales target should be achieved monthly, quarterly and yearly.
∎ Maintaining all documentation and records correctly on daily basis.
∎ Ensuring that all financial records are kept properly and submitted to management along with reports.
∎ Provide proper after-sales service to customers according to company policy or as guaranteed by the company.
∎ Take an effective part in all company sales promotion.

∎ Ability to negotiate and to influence others
∎ Should have good communication skills in English
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Package (Especially MS Excel).
