Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor's degree (preferably in graphic design, art, or a similar field) from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To report to the Secretary.
∎ To perform all graphic design work of Gulshan Club.
∎ Prepare all designing of Club Annual Report and Members Directory, Candidates Poster, Candidates Credentials, Ballot Papers, Poster for newly elected BOD.
∎ Designing of Club magazine, Half yearly financial report, Book Cover, Food Menu, Flyers, Banners, Festoons, Leaflets, Coupons and Crest for all programs of the Club, Eid Cards, New Year's Cards, Annual Family Dinner Cards, Layout, Organogram, Member's Birthday Cards, Visiting Cards, Members & employee ID Cards and attend the publication meeting.
∎ To design crests for Sponsors and for all events and programs of the Club.
∎ Preparation of Stage design for different programs including Mega Programs.
∎ Developing clean and effective design & editing.
∎ Design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions.
∎ Proficient experience in graphic and design software and editing.
∎ Typing and editing of any write-up for publication of the Club.
∎ Performing duties of photography in absence of the photographer.
∎ Highly productive, focused, efficient and excellent in time management.
∎ Must comply with event and program's requirements.
∎ Comfortable in a Social Club environment.
∎ Any other duty and responsibility as and when assigned by the Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Typing skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Energetic team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
Salary: Negotiable
