∎ Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
∎ Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
∎ Additional Skills: Knowledge of video editing or other creative skills will be considered a strong advantage.
∎ Creativity: Strong creative and artistic skills, with attention to detail.
∎ Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Portfolio: A professional portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory.
